Inzama Travel, a tour operator specializing in itineraries in Chile, values quality, safety, and clarity in the provision of its services. By contracting any of our packages or tours, the customer declares to be aware of and in agreement with the terms described herein.

✅ Commitment to Service Provision
Inzama Travel is committed to performing all services offered in the contracted packages, as described in our official channels. However, as these are activities operated in natural environments and subject to external factors, the schedule may be changed due to climatic conditions, force majeure, or decisions by local authorities.
🌧️ Changes Due to Climatic or Operational Reasons
Inzama Travel reserves the right to alter, adapt, or substitute any tour in case of:
Heavy rains, snowfalls, earthquakes, road blockages, among other unforeseen events;
Closure of national parks or protected areas by decision of local communities or government agencies;
Logistics changes that guarantee the safety and well-being of customers.
Whenever possible, rescheduling of the tour will be offered. If there is no availability, the corresponding amount will be refunded totally or partially, according to the analysis of each case.
🔁 Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance:
Refund of 80% of the amount paid, less administrative and operational fees.Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance or no-show:
100% of the amount will be charged, without the right to a refund.
This policy is due to the agency’s prior commitments with reservations, tickets, logistics, and operational team.
🛠️ Modifications by the Client
Requests to change the date or tour must be made at least 48 hours in advance. After this period, changes will be subject to availability and may imply additional costs.
👩👧👦 Policy for Pregnant Women, Children, and People with Medical Conditions
It is mandatory to inform the Inzama team in advance about pregnant women, children under 12 years of age, and people with specific medical conditions.
Some tours have altitude, physical exertion, or accessibility restrictions. If participation is prohibited for safety reasons, there will be no refund if the information has not been provided at the time of booking.
🧾 National Park Tickets
Entrance fees for parks (CONAF) are not included in the tour price, unless informed. Tickets can be paid in two ways:
Directly with Inzama Travel during booking;
In advance with the online vendor.
The agency is responsible for the acquisition and the amount will be charged at the end of the tour.
🔐 Client Responsibilities
Take care of your personal belongings throughout the trip;
Arrive at the agreed times for departures and transfers;
Provide truthful and complete information to the agency team;
Respect local, environmental, and coexistence norms.
⚠️ Limitations of Liability
Inzama Travel is not responsible for:
Delays or cancellations of flights or buses from other companies;
Lost, stolen, or damaged objects during the tours;
Health occurrences caused by altitude, food, or climatic factors.
